About Ada

Ada Women’s Shelter and Young Women’s Empowerment Centre is a feminist non-profit organisation in Gothenburg that has been providing support and protection to abused women, teen girls and children since 1978. We offer free counselling where you can remain anonymous. We can help you in your interactions with authorities, and give you information on your rights as a crime victim. We also run an emergency shelter for women, teen girls and children who need to flee their home to escape threats and violence. You can contact us by email and telephone. If you identify as a teen girl, you can also talk to us via our teen chat for girls.

In february Roks launched their new chat, where women can chat with women's shelters. Visit www.roks.se to chat! Ada Women's shelter chat is open on mondays, 13.00 - 15.00.
